Mannys Steakhouse Restaurant is the best place to get a steak in Minneapolis. Keep in mind a few things about Mannys Steakhouse. This restaurant is typically masculine so if you are shooting for a romantic date you may find its a better high five after the big sale place than a first date or romantic anniversary place. That said, if your girl like a great piece of meat and doesn't mind that its referred to it as that then by all means go to Mannys Steakhouse. When you sit down you'll find very experienced wait staff who can help select the perfect wine or drink with your meal. Your glass will always be full even if you select water. Next comes the menu cart which is more of a show where your wait staff will display and present large lobsters (live) huge lobster tails and of course several prime cuts of delicious steak. This is a bit of a show as well as a guide in selecting your meat. (You did come to have steak right?) I highly recommend the fillet's I've had both the 10oz and the 16oz bone in fillet. I can't say I've found a better one yet. The sides at Mannys Steakhouse are meant for sharing so keep that in mind or you'll go home with your pants unbuttoned. Deserts as you'll see below are also oversized and mean for several forks. As a hint, if your going to Mannys Steakhouse Restaurant and coming down 2nd Ave turn right on Nicollet and do a quick left into the Hyatt Regency Ramp and head to the third level where you'll find the entrance to Manny's. I should add that you can dine in the main room or the bar which also serves excellent drinks.
